REGULATIONS

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract ( MK regulations ).

DISTANCE AGREEMENT

The seller of the goods offered in this Internet store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

Depending on the type of product, its description may include product parameters or special features, an attached size chart, the address of the manufacturer's website, or a video demonstrating the product in use. The product selection window also displays the status of the product at the time of placing the order - "in stock" or "on order".
  3. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including the value added tax of 21%.

The buyer has the option to pay for the product by using the payment tools built into the Internet service or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

*The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 3 working days after receiving the payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

*The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend and add to the Terms, therefore the Buyer must familiarize himself with the Terms every time he makes a purchase.

*The seller reserves the right to extend the delivery time of the goods if the ordered goods are not in stock, informing the Buyer about this.

Guarantees

  1. All goods offered in the online store are provided with a manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Latvia and the warranty regulations developed by the product distributor.
  2. The manufacturer's warranty conditions are valid if the Buyer can present a document confirming the purchase, as well as a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card, if the manufacturer or distributor has included one in the product package.
  3. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the Buyer is invited to carefully familiarize himself with the instructions for use of the product, if it is included in the package of the product.
  4. The Buyer has the legal right to submit a claim to the Seller for a product that does not comply with the terms of the Agreement within 24 (twenty-four) months from the day of delivery of the product.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods, by sending a refusal form to the Seller.

Ā

The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or can be used up quickly;

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by neglecting the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
