Delivery

 

Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment within 1 working day, and confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. During the order process, you will enter your preferred delivery address. During the sending of the order by Venipak/Omniva, we will select the parcel machine as close as possible to your delivery address. If you want to receive your order at a specific parcel machine, please enter the address or name of the parcel machine in the second address window (see picture) or contact us by phone/Whatsapp.

 


Latvia

Order can be delivered by:

  • Delivery to Omniva parcel machines in Latvia within 2-3 working days with delivery fee - 2.99 EUR.
  • Delivery to Venipak parcel machines in Latvia within 2-3 working days with delivery fee - 1.99 EUR.
  • Delivery to Venipak PickUp points (up to 10 kg) throughout Latvia within 2-3 working days with delivery fee - 1.99 EUR.
  • By courier delivery in Latvia - from EUR 5.00 to EUR 23.60 (price depends on weight 1-100kg and will be calculated automatically).
  • By courier delivery in Riga - from 2.70 EUR to 13.90 EUR (price depends on weight 1-100kg and will be calculated automatically).
  • For orders over 50 EUR, delivery to Venipak parcel machines in Latvia is free of charge.
  • For non-standard orders that exceed a total weight of 30kg or its dimensions exceed 38cm x 64cm - we will contact you to specify the method of collection and delivery costs.
  • Collect your order at our warehouse (RÄ«ga, Latgales iela 130a), by prior arrangement of date and time.

Lithuania

Order can be delivered by:

  • Delivery to Omniva parcel machines in Lithuania within 2-3 working days with delivery fee - 5.99 EUR.
  • Delivery to Venipak parcel machines in Lithuania within 2-3 working days with delivery fee - 2.99 EUR.
  • By courier delivery in Lithuania - from 6.80 EUR to 25.00 EUR (price depends on weight 1-100kg and will be calculated automatically).
  • For orders over 50 EUR delivery to Venipak parcel machines in Lithuania free of charge.
  • For non-standard orders that exceed a total weight of 30kg or its dimensions exceed 38cm x 64cm - we will contact you to specify the method of collection and delivery costs.

Estonia

Order can be delivered by:

  • Delivery to Omniva parcel machines in Estonia within 2-3 working days with delivery fee - 7.50 EUR.
  • Delivery to Venipak parcel machines in Estonia within 2-3 working days with delivery fee - 4.85 EUR.
  • By courier delivery in Estonia - from 7.10 EUR to 29.20 EUR (price depends on weight 1-100kg and will be calculated automatically).
  • For orders over 100 EUR delivery to Venipak parcel machines in Estonia free of charge.
  • For non-standard orders that exceed a total weight of 30kg or its dimensions exceed 38cm x 64cm - we will contact you to specify the method of collection and delivery costs.
