The core of this hybrid boilie is cooked while the outer shell is soluble. The 14 mm diameter core inside the bait is balanced with cork, which is why you have a good chance of catching the most careful carp even if the 6 mm outer layer brakes down. The baits will not soften or fall off the rig because the cooked core will stay on for up to 24 hours. The time for the outer layer to dissolve depends on the water temperature, but usually it takes about 2 to 3 hours.
